I really wanted to enjoy these cupcakes, and to be fair, they looked nice when they arrived. But once I tried them, the main thing I tasted was sugar, not much actual flavor.
The frosting was really heavy and had a kind of waxy texture, and the cake itself was on the dry side. I tried a few different flavors hoping one would stand out, but they all tasted similar to me.

For the price, I think it’s fair to expect something a little better. Maybe I just got an off batch, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but based on my experience I probably wouldn’t order them again.

The wording made it sound like this would be fresh, but it really wasn’t. It tasted old and kind of stale, which was disappointing. I wouldn’t have bought it if I knew that’s what I was getting.

I ordered cupcakes online from thesweettoothfairy.com for a birthday, the whole thing was more stressful than it should’ve been. The checkout went through fine, but then I never got a clear update about pickup, so I was stuck refreshing my email and calling to figure out what was going on. Like, make it make sense, I’m just trying to pick up cupcakes, not solve a mystery.

When I finally got the order, it just didn’t feel worth all the hassle. Customer service was slow to respond and kind of acted like it wasn’t a big deal, which made it even more frustrating. Maybe going into the store is a better experience, but based on ordering online, I wouldn’t be in a rush to do it again.

The treats were good, so I can’t complain about the taste. But for the price, I was expecting a bit more than just the usual vague promises about how amazing they’d be. They’re nice as a once-in-a-while buy, but I probably wouldn’t grab them regularly

I was in a chill mood when I tried these, and at first I thought the designs looked really cute. Once I started decorating though, the details felt a little messy and not as polished as I expected. Still nice overall, just not amazing.

I’ve ordered from here a few times now and it’s kinda all over the place. One time the cupcakes are super soft and great, then the next time they’re dry and the frosting tastes totally differnt. For what they charge, I just expected it to be more consistant. Dissapointing honestly.

I expected a lot more flavor options from a place called Sweet Tooth Fairy . Most of what I tried felt like the same basic vanilla or chocolate cupcake with different frosting on top . Nothing really stood out to me , and after a bit it all started to feel repetitive . For the price , I was hoping for way more variety . I was disappointed and probably wouldn’t order again unless they add some more interesting flavors

I ordered these cookies for a birthday, the way the box showed up kind of confirmed what I was already worried about. The outside packaging was thin, dented, and looked like it had been knocked around the whole way here. There really wasn’t enough padding inside either, which made me think, yep, this is probably why people complain about shipping.
A few of the cookies were cracked, and there were crumbs all over the box. They tasted fine, so that wasn’t the issue, but for the price, I expected them to arrive looking a lot more presentable. I don’t think I’d order again if this is the normal packaging situation...

I tried to place a custom order, and it was way more annoying than it needed to be. The replies were slow, the pricing wasn’t really clear, and I kept having to repeat the same details like nobody was keeping track. It just felt unorganized from the start, and in my experience, custom orders always seem to turn into a whole thing. I ended up canceling because I didn’t feel like dealing with it anymore.

I walked in and the place just felt a little tight and dim, if you know what I mean. Not terrible, but it didn’t really make me want to hang around.

Am I the only one who gets packages like this? The box showed up completely smashed, and it was leaking when it arrived. Definitely not the best experience.
